Credit Card Security:

Is it safe to order online? We use the 1ShoppingCart!! We make sure all transactions processed on AForeverPlace.com are safe by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption standard. When using a SSL compliant browser such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Netscape's Navigator you will be able to conduct encrypted transactions on our website. Online transactions statistically have been proven to be the safest form of credit card payment. If you are still not comfortable using your credit card over the internet, you can always place your order over the phone 602-279-1677 or mail your order to us at the address above.

• Money Orders and Checks are accepted for mail orders in US funds only
• Mail orders paid by money orders and cashier's checks will ship on day of deposit. Orders paid by personal & company check may be delayed up to 10 business days in order to allow clearance of funds.
• Please note that all prices are in US Dollars

Privacy Policy:

We at AForeverPlace.com take your privacy seriously. The information that we collect from you is for our own use. We do not sell or trade our customer's information. We only send our own electronic discounts and special offer emails to people who have purchased from us in the past or who have signed up to be on one of our lists. If at any time, you decide you would no longer like to receive our email just click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our email and this will remove your email address from our list.

Return Policy:

Every product we sell has a 30 Day Guarantee. Returns or replacements must take place within 30 days of the original order.

We do suggest that our customers feel free to contact our sales department at 602-279-1677 if there are any questions prior to placing an order. 

Please include a COPY of the invoice or receipt, your name, address, phone number and reason for return. If returned materials are not received within 30 days, we will be unable to issue a credit.

Returns or replacements must take place within 30 days of the original order. Orders Paid by check will be refunded by check. Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded unless error is ours. Shipping & handling charges on packages where shipping is included in the price (free shipping) will be charged our normal cost for shipping and handling of $9.95 for all U.S. orders and $30.00 for all non U.S. orders.

Cancellation Policy:  

If your order has already been processed and shipped, please refer to the Return Policy above.  If your item has not shipped, AForeverPlace.com reserves the right to charge a $5.00 cancellation fee.  Please be sure when ordering that this is what you want.

Shipping:

Continental U.S.A.  Destinations

Free Shipping is:  Media Mail

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military APO, AP, AE Destinations, and P.O. Boxes will go the best way. This will usually mean USPS Priority.

Orders usually take less than 24 hours to process and are shipped via one of the methods below which you choose when ordering.

Most physical addresses in the contiguous United States will be shipped either:

USPS Media Mail - No Charge
Packages generally reach their destination within 2-9 business days.
USPS Priority Mail - $5.95
Packages generally reach their destination within 2-5 business days.
2 Day Air - $16.95
Packages typically arrive in 2 business days by end of day.
Overnight - $25.95
Packages typically arrive the next business day by end of day.

Please call us if you need Next Day Air or a method that is not listed.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands orders are shipped Priority Mail and will normally reach the destination within 2-5 business days.

International Destinations:

We suggest shipping via Global Express or FedEx as these shipments are insured and trackable. Please Contact Us for a rate quote.  We only charge for shipping.  You may be charged for additional duties/customs/taxes upon receipt of your shipment. 

Embargoed & Restricted Countries:
AForeverPlace.com will not process orders for delivery of items to countries embargoed by the US Government.  

Taxes:

Arizona Sales tax is charged only on shipments to Arizona addresses.

Typographical Errors:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error in pricing.
